House shopping......
It has been an adventure! We were so excited at first to start our search and loved the idea of owning our first home. Although our apartment is big enough for two, our poor dog is tired of sleeping in his crate for 12 hours while our busy schedule causes us to be away from home. The main reason we started looking for a house was for a yard for our dog (He's a little spoiled). Every house we looked at Justin would say "No the yard is too small" or "I don't know if Brooks would like it!" Too bad he cared about my opinion last!
POOR THING HE'S SO MISTREATED!!!! HE LOOKS LIKE HE NEEDS A YARD...
We first started looking in January and quickly found the house of our dreams on a Friday and made an offer on Saturday. Little did we know we only thought it was the house of our dreams because a month and at least 7 offers later we only became frustrated with the process and the buyout company we were trying to deal with was in no hurry to acknowledge our requests. Meanwhile, we are missing out on houses we really liked waiting for a house that I had become too attached to. We went house looking on Saturday again to see the new listings and we quickly had a new love! We finally made an offer on a house and learned to real way house offers typically work. We should be finalizing the deal tomorrow and are so excited about the possibilities. Here is our hopeful new home.....
